Besides the charging voltage, does anyone know if the 12V battery bar graph indicates anything about the battery's health?
I've never seen it at 100%, only moving around 75%.
I couldn't find any help in the user manual.

I think that bar graph is voltage not capacity. I am not sure what values the ends indicate but traditionally you want your battery gauge to be somewhere in the middle, not super high (like 16 volts) or super low (like 11 volts). It is similar to a temperature gauge where you don’t want it to be freezing or overheating, you want it in the middle.

In some cases cell voltage is a proxy for its SoC (charge level) but not when the system under test includes the voltage while charging. In ICE cars these can read 14-15 volts while running, which is really the alternator voltage, and 12.5 volts while the car is off.

That bar is almost entirely performative display, kind of like airport "security."

When the HV battery is on, the battery charging circuitry will keep the voltage around 14.6 Volts, and when the HV battery is off, the battery itself will be at around 12.6 Volts, unless the battery has a low state of charge.
Unfortunately, this meter won't display when the "ignition" (HV battery) is off, so there's no real way to see the voltage when it's off...
(My underbody lighting triggers on the voltage dropping below 13 Volts to know the car is off, by reading the voltage itself)
