    -7 mm is not much of a difference, on most cars you can go -10-20mm before you are outside the fenders. On my Taycan CT I had 18 mm spacers with 21" (OEM specs) , they were flush. On the Macan EV i think maybe ET 20 and 38 will be flush if you have the widest fendellists, I have the narrow ones...

    Tires are within the fenders, it’s just 7 mm out in comparison to the OEM wheels. In EU that’s within the rules (max 15 mm per axel)
