When I noticed the scraping sound yesterday, I thankfully turned off the rear wiper after a couple turns. I don't see any scratches to the rear window after wiping it down with my microfiber cloth. The service center was able to install the wiper in 5 seconds, so I guess things are good.

When using Apple Maps via CarPlay, I am noticing that the music audio volume goes down abruptly to have the spoken directions come through. When using the PCM navigation, it doesn’t seem to do this.
Is there a way in the settings to make it so that the music isn’t turned down?
Hmm. I just got my car, and I see this issue, so I can’t get the certificate. Does that mean I can’t charge at EA? Or does it only mean I am missing out on the convenience of the plug & charge, but can still manually start a charge with my subscription?
