Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I did get airplay back by removing the phone from the Macan as well as removing the car from the phone. I then added the phone back to the car and reset up CarPlay and everything is back. Thank you again.

Thank you for reading, I know I should have waited; however, I updated to iOS 8.6 on Wednesday, and now I cannot get CarPlay to connect. I tried removing the phone from my car and the Macan from the CarPlay setting, and reinstalled the Bluetooth connection and set up CarPlay. Still nothing...
