Thanks I’ve tried this. Moving the stalk into that position causes the wipers to wipe once, but even in a downpour and the highest sensitivity level, no wiping. I’m suspecting a bad sensor. Too bad for a new car to have silly stuff not working.

It's a beautiful vehicle - very very similar to the spec on mine - I went for burgundy color v purple and didn't bother with the head up display. I've had it for two weeks, have charged and love the drive! My S.O. is happy for me that could afford such a nice car, so no problems on that front...
