My 4S was on the Way Forward as well. It arrived at Jacksonville on the 6th, updated to "at the local entry port being readied for its final journey" in TYD on the 7th, and now I'm just checking every ~5 minutes before I start bugging my SA for updates. Hopefully not too much longer!
