Tried this too.. I can replicate it by doing a gentle pound on the top of the dash while the door is opened and it still very clearly comes from the dash area

what’s the climate like where you’re at? interestingly when it was under 10 degrees here the rattle mostly went away. It became way more prominent today when we had 45 degree weather.

Been following this thread closely to see if anyone has had any luck addressing roof rattle issue. Dreading bringing it in for service for just that… I’ve even gone as far as some felt tape on the front metal part of the sun roof and no luck. Ordered gummi pflege to see if that would work.
