I took delivery in June '25. I bought it off the lot and don't remember the actual build date.
One of the fixes of the VR28.13 update was to make the sensors less sensitive to error conditions, so those issues should be reduced.
Yes, if we were all smart consumers, we would have waited for the 2026 Macan and we would wait for the 2028 GLC EQ. But shiny things make my lizard brain go "ooooh"
I don't want to discount anyone's negative experience, since bad examples do exist especially on new releases of new platforms...
Yup, from what I read, PPE platform has a new security gateway and encryption architecture that has yet to be cracked. And unfortunately, no aftermarket coding options until then.
Yup, I ordered the floor mats and trunk liner over Christmas and they're great. The trunk liner goes up the sides pretty far without blocking the D rings and has the flaps the cover 1/3 of the seat backs. It also comes with seat covers that velcro to the back of the seats too, so you're covered...
For #2, Here's how I "fixed" it: I have a samsung phone and created a Samsung Routine which detects when Android Auto disconnects and simply closes my music app (spotify in my case). It's worked great and I haven't had any surprise phone music in a long time. If you have a samsung, you can...
Good news
I just left my car for 7 days and it didn't lose any charge (first time for my car). I don't know if it's because the v28.13 update or if the stars magically aligned with the moon, but hopefully it keeps up.

I posted earlier that my seat has a lump in the center backrest below my shoulder blades. I actually have to inflate the lumbar support to cancel that out, which I don't like to do since it pushes me out of the bolsters.
Maybe my chair was made on the same assembly line as Macan Turbo Driver's. 😂
You can check the fine print of the service in your Porsche app, under Vehicle Details -> Functions -> Data pass.
For the US, the free service includes unlimited data limited to a speed of 3Mbps.
The paid tier gives you 15GB of data at full 5g speed. When you run out of your 15GB, it goes to...
I have the 18 ways and kind of regret them.
I'm too short (5'7") for the shoulder bolsters to really do anything, and it feels like there's a lump of material that pushes into my back below the shoulder blades. I needed to up the lumbar support to cancel that out.
If I were to do it over...
