Sorry to hear. I did it at a WaWa with level 3 chargers and the charge rate was not great but it did work. I would try somewhere else and make sure you activate the charging stall on the app first.

I had the same problem. I unplugged, restarted the process and activated the stall on the Tesla app first. Once I activated and THEN plugged in, it worked. Not sure if you tried that but if you didn't, try that sequence and that worked for me.

Had the same issue. For some reason, deleting the phone and adding it back worked for me. Now it actually comes up faster and seems to connect better.
