Still extremely disappointed with the Macan EV Turbo range. The car drives amazing… but this is worse than the Taycan 4S i had before. Yes it is cold … but the car is in my garage.

I find the EA network inconsistent. One stop I will get 70kw the next 170kw.

I did not record all the stats. But the Porsche planning/navigation tool was very accurate. Used Electrify America, Tesla and NY Thruway chargers… all worked very well. I do have the new Pirelli EV winters on the 22” rims.

Just finished a trip from Toronto to Boston in a Macan Turbo. The drive is amazing… but the range is terrible …. The temperature outside ranges from -6 to 3 degrees Celsius. The Planner had me stopping between 185-230 km and the last charge to 85% showed a range of 262km.

I am taking my Macan EV Turbo on a road trip next week from Toronto to Boston. Are there any charging networks to avoid ? Has anyone tried the Tesla charger with the building in adapter?

What’s crazy is the 2020 Taycan I had got 260 miles/ 440km at 100%… would have thought we would have seen a bigger improvement on the new platform.

If I could get 300 miles /480km at 80% I would be a happy man.

Totally agree. I had the Macan GTS (one of my favourite cars ever), then A 2020 Taycan 4s (loved the drive hated the glitches) and now the 2024 Macan EV Turbo. Stunning look and drive. 4 wheel steering and performance so far is amazing. Just not thrilled with the range.

Interesting. Definitely saw ~20% range drop in the winter with the Taycan. I expected to see about 400km at 80% charge in the winter. Anyone else have issues with charging outside of home? Tried electrify canada Saturday … 350kw charger (I was at 30%) … after 10 min I had only received 10kw.
