You don’t even need to move the clamp. Just move the buckle itself up to that area and you will feel it stay in place once you move it to the right spot. It will stay there and will not rattle at all.

THERE IS NO NEED TO BUY ANYTHING! Read your manuals. It's wild to me that people would rather spend money on third party trash than just READ. The passenger seatbelt buckle can be stowed as to prevent rattling when not in use.

This is mentioned in the owners manual. Move the buckle up around where the seatbelt height adjustment mechanism is. It will stay put there and will not rattle.
