It seems to be a problem with your profile not loading. As beez said, are you using a different key to normal ? If not, then is the car logging into your profile or is it showing guest. You can easily verify if you’re logged in with the correct profile - select seat position 1 and see if it...
Having had the car for 17 months and moaning that scrolling through a playlist in the drivers screen wasn’t available, I discovered it does ! It may be that it only applies to Spotify if using the car’s Spotify app - I’ve switched to Spotify from Apple as I collect my Cayenne EV Coupe this week...
Bennie. 2 things. I checked the system software and it’s in the screenshot below. I discovered another aspect today. The % at the destination in the Sat Nav was a fair bit greater than the current %. I then realised that in the My Porsche App I had set the minimum charge at the destination...
I had that exact issue. They had the car for 5 days. (I had a curtesy car). Before they consulted HQ and initially charged it to 100% and put some miles on it (asked if that would be ok). Then installed 6 small updates one of which was battery management. All sorted.
I had this issue. It was resolved by the dealer installing several small updates including a battery management one. The issue occurred after the major update but not immediately. Been fine ever since The BM update.
As strange as it may sound - I’ve had the same happen when the car is also slow to respond in opening mirrors and connecting to CarPlay. I’ve found it happens when the car is in a poor signal area. I’m not sure that the seat movement should be linked to the signal BUT as is likely, the car is...
I had a detection camera on my Lexus RZ - drove me nuts. It couldn’t be made less sensitive nor turned off. I glanced in a mirror and it went off, looked through a side window at a junction, it went off. In all honesty it was a distraction in itself.
Really glad to see Porsche are doing what...
I wouldn’t hold the hazard light button in for more than 3 seconds - it’s a function to brake the car to a stop in case the driver has an ‘emergency’ aka a heart attack. That’s why the passenger can operate it and the button is where the passenger can easily reach ...
I didn’t understand most of it but I believe the reason the Macan ICE was withdrawn in Europe was because its cybersecurity wasn’t strong enough whereas the EV’s is a different system and so the cybersecurity is stronger.
I’m sure this is wrong but here goes. I had a new Range Rover with the Meridian system. The amp was found to be defective and RR dithered over replacing it and saying 6 months delivery, I contacted Meridian only to find that in Range Rovers at the time it was ‘badge engineering’. Range Rover had...
I had my car updated Monday. 4 hours later they said I could collect now if I didn’t want it valeted. They said it was the smoothest they had done. There was 3 others in for it the same day.
As other cars charge there then surely the issue is in the car. When you plug in what colour light do you get ? As it may be a location based issue, have you tried activating location based charging -
During location-dependent charging, the high-voltage battery is automatically charged at a...
You have proved it’s not the voltage as the Turbo charged - the system can’t be overly sensitive or require a precise voltage not least as the voltage in the U.K, Europe, USA are all different !
Jwatte - that’s what I thought. It would be strange if you could reduce the distance that ‘emergency braking’ kicked in or turn it off. If there were say 3 settings they would in effect say - furthest away “I normally don’t pay attention so help me”, the mid distance “Only sometimes sleep at the...
