Mine does not start preconditioning either. I opened the car door, turned the car on, turned it off and then started preconditioning, exited the car, and locked it. I’ll set up a daily preconditioning from now on until they fix this. At least I won’t be breaking doors and windows. Funnily...

This arrived today and it’s too short and does not fit the car. So tomorrow I will measure the right diameter needed but I’m guessing it’s about 10cms and needs to protrude taller too.
