  1. What's your estimated range with 100% SoC?

    Warmer weather and city driving?
  2. What's your estimated range with 100% SoC?

If I drive it properly (145-160), variable highway, I'm at 23-24kWh/100km. Gaining those 7kWh difference between my number and your number at the charging station is 4min. I'd rather spend 4min additional at he charging station relaxing rather than spending hours on the road making up for the...
  3. High Drama at Public Chargers [Aus]

I never charge at Tesla chargers; it's just not worth the hassle. Plenty of other networks throughout Europe. Pre-conditioning, maybe if, maybe not...
  4. What's your estimated range with 100% SoC?

Ha, interesting. At 80% or 100% charge? Or regardless of charge level? I'll give it a shot.
  5. What's your estimated range with 100% SoC?

I have not seen any noticeable drop in range at a constant outside temperature range and on a common route. Racked up 10K km already. At this time of year (however), the colder it gets, the more kWs go into warming the car and maintaining it warm. Same with my other EVs. One thing I would...
  6. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

It is not normal and it is very, very annoying. Especially if you have speed bumps on your daily route. Checked with my dealer this week (again), they confirmed (again) that Porsche is aware, but there is no solution provided to them.
  7. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

Excellent observation. They did promise, however, "There is no substitute." If hearing cracking sounds is OK for you then by all means enjoy. However, the rest of us expect a car that lives up to oth our expectations and its own reputation.
  8. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

In Sport Plus it is not there, but going over bumps in sport plus is a serious dislike for your kidneys.
  9. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

Regen makes no difference. The story about recent builds being fixed is also not true (as you've noticed). Make sure you file a claim with your dealer and make sure it's on paper that you have filed a complaint, even if they claim (like Malasyia) that it is typical. You need to do this within...
  10. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

I took my Macan in for a camera re-alignment today at a dealership in Lausanne, had my windshield broken and replaced last month. Since it takes more than a few hours they gave me a substitute car, Macan 4 again. As you might have guessed it the first thing I did was look for speed bumps...
  11. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

Now that I've driven the car for 2 months, I can replicate the behavior without going over speed bumps. All it takes is the right sequence of hard braking and then acceleration at low speeds. Maybe they are right on the safety and reliability, and maybe they are not. Given Porsche (supposedly)...
  12. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

Now that you mentioned it, I did see one of the (rear) doors open once, but it was at low speed, and we attributed it to not being closed well to begin with. Btw, have had this happen maybe 2-3 times with my EQS. With time, as the doors became easier to close (rubber lines ease in) it went...
  13. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

Good news and bad news. Good news is home-base answered that there are other reported cases and this is now a "known issue", bad news is it's without a resolution. So it certainly is not "expected". They will update the dealer as soon as they come up with something. So our efforts are not in...
  14. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

Start doing launch control on every stop light and you'll feel better. Jokes aside, will call my dealer to see what they come up with. There is nothing wrong with the cars from a safety perspective, we are the recipients of first gen tech. Unfortunately for Porsche and every other manufacturer...
  15. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

Tomek will chime in about his own experience, but I do, very rarely, front suspension is much more reactive on bumps since it takes the brunt of the force and the lift.
  16. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

I was at the shop last week. Took the service reps for a ride, they recorded videos (including the noise), documented everything, and sent it to "home-base" for advice. So far nothing. In the absence of structural defects the only other thing at play is the way the car adjusts the suspension...
  17. Front (air) suspension cracking sound over speed bumps

If you get a reply please share. Got my Macan 4 a week ago and the issue immediately started when going over bumps. It might be the suspension adjusting automatically, but is very annoying. We need to find this service guy and buy him a few beers in hope of sharing the bulletin number :)
