Right, I should have mentioned that the error message went away but then reappeared shortly after. When I parked it in the garage yesterday evening, the warning was gone again. With luck it won’t reappear. I’ll post an update soon in case it’s helpful to others.

Got into the car yesterday and saw this error as soon as it powered up. Only 950km. Internet search doesn’t turn up much. Has anyone had this issue? I was able to drive off without issue but looks like I should take it in.

Thanks!! I forgot to mention that I did a thorough inspection of the baby at the dealership and everything was immaculate and beautifully assembled. Everything looks and feels perfect so far.

Super duper helpful, thanks @ColdCase! Good idea to turn off the driver assist features to start, and I've checked out a couple of setup videos to get familiarized with stuff ahead of time.

Congrats!! My 4S arrived at the dealer last week and I’m picking it up when I’m back in the country early June. I’ve asked whether it needs a software update and haven’t really gotten an answer. Am I looking to confirm that it’s running at least VR 28.11 and has the rear camera fix?

Nice! I also went with 21” wheels. Definitely see the 4S as the sweet spot for me - the turbo sounds super fun but my everyday driving is too chill to do it justice!

My 4S is due to arrive in May. People have mentioned understeer being an issue a couple of times in this forum, and now in this review. Any consensus on the matter? How hard do you need to be cornering for this to become an issue? Does it only happen when you’re really pushing it?

Found a couple of informative (though old) threads about PTV in the Taycan forum. A bit of a mixed bag as to whether it makes any difference to everyday driving, but I’m still looking forward to having it when my build arrives in May/June. This particular thread had some helpful discussion.
