  1. Rattling noises in Macan EV

We're a few people that have had issues that are far worse than yours without any response from the dealer. Do yourself a favor and do NOT wait for the dealer to fix your issue and call your GA.
  2. Updated 2026 Macan - Upgrades, Improvements & Features

Yup, just checked my own car agreement and you're right. Then my whole argument isn't valid, haha. Who am I to think that Porsche would include something without a premium..
  3. Updated 2026 Macan - Upgrades, Improvements & Features

This is referring to someone that said the digital key is a cost option and therefore it might not be updated in the older MY. - This is factually true, but it is INCLUDED in the comfort access option. The price of the option hasn't increased either..
  4. Porsche Pulls The Plug On EV’s

I agree fully, I would never in a million years switch back to ICE as a daily. With that being said I would still think ICE is better for weekend/few days a month sports car because ICE cars still give an emotion that is not replicable even in 1000hp EV's.
  5. Will you trade in your Macan electric for a Cayenne electric?

Might be right. Porsche themselves in a press release stated that it will LAUNCH by the end of the year. So it is more than probable that it’ll be shown during that time period
  6. Will you trade in your Macan electric for a Cayenne electric?

Theoretically they know that pricing it too expensive will only lead to the same as their Taycans: Big discounts on MSRP and other deals to get the car out. Depreciation is a factor and I find it hard to believe that after all the bad financial reports to be stupid enough to price it too high...
  7. Updated 2026 Macan - Upgrades, Improvements & Features

They have also increased the base price of the Macan 4 in Sweden with about 3200USD. Not sure if it was like the 10k increase on the cayenne where they added soft close and other features as standard. Anyway it’s nice for the residuals of the MY24-25 anyway. EDIT: Nope, nothing added as I can...
  8. Porsche Pulls The Plug On EV’s

Well, I do understand what you mean. Although it isn’t that clear as you might think. Keep in mind that most of the German manufacturers get their drive trains and batteries from the same producer (Rimac), which is the one that sets the cost for the product and is dependent on how much they can...
  9. Porsche Pulls The Plug On EV’s

I share your sentiment, but I have a quarrel with people that keep talking about the new ix3 as a high quality benchmark. Yes, it is pretty good in range and charging. Although, something that isn’t spoken about is HOW they are actually going about to reach those WLTP measurements. BMW have...
  10. Porsche Pulls The Plug On EV’s

I’d rather take it a bit further and quote the conversation between CVK and Mate Rimac regarding this particular issue in the European industry as a whole. For you who do not know Mr. Rimac is, he is the CEO of Bugatti and founder of Rimac. His company develops and supplies basically all...
  11. New software version coming week 36 of 2025

I would give back the Volvo and tell them to get you a loaner in that case. If it is postponed then they should provide it for you instead. It’s not your problem.
  12. New software version coming week 36 of 2025

Then it is probably just for a specific reason and not the official update. Nevertheless it was the same thing when I got my MY24 in October. It was docked for about 10 days after the official launch date due to a software update recall that didn’t allow me to have a handover. I hope it goes...
  13. New software version coming week 36 of 2025

It’s not the big update I suppose, since it’s postponed for some time as I understand it. Is this another update you are referring too?
  14. Very slow DC charging

That’s not stƤmmer at all. I’ve had my bil at the Ć„terfƶrsƤljare for almost 3 months without it being touched and it still started. It really shows how the dealer is so uneducated on their EVs.
  15. Worst 1 year review of the Macan 4 - EVER. 8 months at the dealership for issues.

What do you think the main issue will be then? Don’t get me wrong, I tend to agree with you. I don’t think it’s region-specific since I’ve had a Macan 4 loaner for three months without any issues on the same software. Let alone maybe 2-3 other Macans during the past 6 months without any...
  16. Worst 1 year review of the Macan 4 - EVER. 8 months at the dealership for issues.

I hate how they speak about software as it’s a small issue. This is an electric car, the whole car operates basically on software which makes it so much more serious when it’s an issue in contrast to ICE.
  17. Worst 1 year review of the Macan 4 - EVER. 8 months at the dealership for issues.

Uhm.. Sounds very familiar. Porsche language for that they don’t know anything and pin it to the software yet again. This really shows that they’re just testing everything out to see what sticks. What’s your game now, if it works you planning to keep it?
  18. Worst 1 year review of the Macan 4 - EVER. 8 months at the dealership for issues.

Wow.. What loaner did they give you? Pretty funny if they give you a Macan 4 as well but with no errors šŸ˜…
  19. Worst 1 year review of the Macan 4 - EVER. 8 months at the dealership for issues.

Yup.. so what’s the next move for your dealer now?
