If you have VIN try using the web site (and not the mobile app) to record your car in your Porsche ID account. It worked for me with no other documents uploaded.
Tried the programmed charges (charge at 80% and warm the car at 22C for departure at 6:00) and it worked fine (as my old Tesla did). Next week I have a long trip (800km in a day) and I will check my first 100% charge.
When I got the Tesla M3 I bought also the physical key fob; maybe I’m old and on this subject I prefer to use a key fob. So I didn’t spec the “comfort access” and for now I’m happy. The only thing I don’t understand is the sequences of the keys on the Porsche key fob, IMHO they are not so...
IMHO I wouldn’t add any electronics device on a high tech car like all the EVs are. Too easy to create any kind of interference with the onboard systems.
