@ukdriver those numbers are a bit misleading as most of your consumption was due to heating up the car. You only did 6 miles.
I have my 4S for almost 3 weeks now total mileage of 1600km. Went from Bruges, Belgium to Calais, France yesterday. Outdoor temperature at 4C. Mostly highway with burst...
Another argument against the wiper I haven’t seen in this thread is when handwashing it gets in the way. Several times I tore my washing mitt on my mini electric rear wiper.
When buying an Macan RWD leaving out the RWS makes senses to keep the natural feel. Once your car has 4WD you loose a lot of that feel,so then RWS is a no-brainer. Great for sharp corning b-roads, going crazy on roundabouts, etc.
I bought the taycan as a cpo at 9 months old. It seemed perfect. But then I realized the option was missing  . Modern cars have such strong lights that nowadays I consider this a safety feature.
I would not accept. My taycan was specced without and I hate driving it at night. I will be relieved when my macan is delivered within a few weeks as winter means a lot more driving in the dark. Of course seating position is way lower compared to a macan. Also realize retrofit will not be...
One of the things that bugs me is the wheel arches on the new Macan. Audi RSQ models also have wheel arches separate from the body but those are painted in body color. 95C044820C should be the order code for the wheel arches in gloss black. They would be perfect for painting. Anybody considering...
@THIBODEM The carbon touches are really nice. I also have oak green / truffle / neodyme combo on order, but didn't go for the carbon. Was not sure if it would work.
Are you have ceramic coating ? Would you mind sharing what you are paying for it ?
@Yves I feel your pain. Had the same feeling when reading the taycan forum. Compared to the efficiency numbers posted there my taycan (or my driving style 🤔) scored rather poor. Maybe it’s Belgian asphalt?
Please do! I’m still considering changing mine to the versusius off-road wheels, but have to say they do blend in nicely with your Volcano Grey macan. Volcano is also the best color to hide the plastic wheel arches. It did the same trick for the taycan cross turismo. I specced oak green so not...
I remember when buying my Taycan in 2021 my SA told me RWS was not necessary.
Few months ago when I was looking to switch over to a taycan GTS, he said it was essential option. I just had a cayman for 2 weeks as a loaner. And then they lent me a taycan 4S (2nd gen) with rws for a day. I really...
