The dealership just mentioned that they were important updates when the booking was kept for me. Then when I collected he said it was the v28.13 campaign, but didn't go into detail.

My update wasnt scheduled, it just happened to be booked in to look at my assistance settings which disappeared from the PCM. These just came back on after 2 weeks by itself, so went to cancel the booking but was told that they had important recall updates to make.

My 4S had the update on Monday (Porsche Stockport) for the day. Can't really feel any improvements but driving conditions have been poor in UK since collection, so hard to tell. I too dont know where to find on the PCM evidence that it has had the update as the following screen didn't change...

What a coincidence, or is this the fix that people need to do if they experience the same issue, if they can survive not driving for a day!

Well, I had to wait exactly 2 weeks for this error to clear, by itself. I even went into my Porsche dealership (Stockport) and they couldn't understand it and booked my car in to be diagnosed. The only thing I didnt do, the day before it cleared, was drive anywhere, as the car normally gets...

Ditto, for me too. Happened yesterday and the soft reset didn't resolve the issue. The only thing that has changed are the tyres (To Pirelli EV All Season MS) a couple of weeks ago. And last Monday it went in for a service (20,000 miles) and they said there was no software/firmware update...

Unsure if there has been any official response to this but since July, I have not noticed this issue occuring again for me, fingers crossed.

Totally agree, I just hope the guy on the desk mentioned to the engineer that your vehicle with a similar issue was resolved and he just didn't dismiss it all together. Only time will tell and will let you know what happens.
