I saw that thread. I did try a total reboot on the charger to no avail. Only last logic step I can think of is to plug into a different charger and see if it is the car or the charger.
Hi Group
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
I have a Macan 2025 4S. I went to our second home and plugged into a CP Lvl 2 wall mounted charger. Hard wired at 50 amp. This charger had been used by previous cars with no issues. This was the first time for this new porsche to be on...
As of this morning Android Auto is giving the following on the car screen:
"Android Auto can not confirm credentials of phone"
I'm using a latest model Samsung phone.
Steps taken so far...
Cleared cache and storage on AA app on phone.
Uninstalled AA and reinstalled.
Unpaired and repaired...
I decided to quit fighting it! I bought a small round magsafe charge. Fed the cable down the hole and plugged it in the ports below. Problem solved. No guessing if it is in the right place.
I'm having a similar problem (2025 4s Ev). It is with a samsung z fold 7. Only tries to charge one out of ten attempts. I would greatly appreciate it if any one can share a potential solution.
